Storyline
Taxi Driver (TV Series 2021): This is the tale of a driver working for a premium taxi service, a man who sets out to take revenge on behalf of the passengers he carries. The series draws its inspiration from the webtoon titled Deluxe Taxi, created by Carlos and Lee Jae-jin. Its central figure, Do Gi, once served as an officer in the Special Forces, and he is overwhelmed by grief after a serial killer takes the life of his mother. He becomes part of Rainbow Taxi, a covert group that brings vengeance to victims whom the law was unable to shield or defend. As he rises to become a standout driver for the organization, he finds himself up against prosecutor Ha Na, who looks into the unlawful practices of Rainbow Taxi while at the same time doubting whether the group can truly deliver justice. Caught between the pull of revenge and the pursuit of justice, Do Gi tries to grasp what justice, in its truest sense, actually means.
